2020 Holiday Shipping Note From Suz
I hope this note finds you all healthy, happy, and most importantly, Creepy. Whether you celebrate the holidays with Santa, or Krampus, or you’re just in it for the free swag on Christmas morning, know that we share your excitement for the season.
But we also need to share some not-so-merry updates about our current shipping situation. As I’m sure you’ve heard a few dozen times by now, the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed shipping to a crawl with delays and service interruptions across the globe.
This is something that is completely out of our control.
As much as we hate to say it: given the state of things right now, we simply can’t guarantee any shipping dates for the 2020 holiday season.
What we CAN do though is promise you that we will work our Creepy butts off to get your stuff to you in a timely manner -- even if that means after the holidays. We’ve beefed up customer support at Creepy Co. HQ, which means more ways for you to get in touch with us, and a larger team dedicated to helping you.
Our top priority is to work hard for YOU, our fellow Creeps, and do all we can to ensure that when you shop with us, you leave happy. You are more than customers. You are our community.
