2020 Shipping Status Update:
Although we are still delivering our products and collectibles everyday to our fellow Creeps, the health and safety of our customers and staff continues to be our primary concern. As a result we have altered our daily operations during this unorthodox time.
We are currently following guidelines set by the Governor of Illinois for non-essential business to have their team members work from home. Our fulfillment associates are receiving hazard pay, including extended paid sick days for recovery. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided to all associates, and it must be worn inside the warehouse. Temperature checks are conducted for everyone before entering the warehouse, and any meetings are limited to small group sizes.
With COVID-19 (Coronavirus) evolving at such a rapid pace, we want to continue to provide you with updates on our expected shipping times.
All of our fulfillment centers are still operating. Below are a few updates:
Extended fulfillment times on domestic orders -
USPS delivery times have also been affected by the outbreak. Their standard 2-3 day domestic delivery windows have now been expanded to 3-4 days, sometimes longer. We kindly ask you to allow approximately 48-72 hours to see movement on your orders.
Expedited, Overnight, and 2-Day orders will continue to be fulfilled the same day. Regular cut off times still apply.
UPS, FedEx and other carriers are also being affected. Patience is key at this time.
Extended fulfillment times on international orders -
Recently there have been some unexpected shipping delays of our international deliveries as the postal service is moving more slowly during the outbreak. Although we try our best to ship our International orders as efficiently as possible, these delays have been extremely hard to predict. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Updates from carriers -
Many carriers have implemented a Temporary Service Suspension to countries that are unable to process or transport international mail due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. These disruptions apply to all Standard services, including DHL eCommerce, UPS Mail Innovations, and other consolidators as well.
