Orders with all items in stock ship out within 5 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders (placed within the U.S.) take between 2 and 5 days to reach you, depending upon your location relative to Chicago, IL.

We will send tracking info to the email specified in your order when your items ship.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your SPAM folder.

How much does shipping cost?
It's no secret: shipping SUCKS.
We do our level best to find and offer you the best, most competitive shipping rates possible. And they change all the time!
Currently, our domestic shipping rate starts at $3.76. Increases are based on parcel size and weight. Your cost is calculated at checkout, and depends upon the type of shipping you pick.
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders of $150 or more.
Delayed shipments / suspected lost shipments
Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. Please frequently check the tracking information contained in your shipment notification for updates.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a doorman or neighbor, or any other receiving party. Please arrange to have a secure means by which to receive your shipment before ordering.
We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Do you ship to my country?
Creepy Co. ships to just about any place that receives mail.
Regretfully, we are currently unable to ship to MEXICO (as of November 2018).
Widespread carrier issues in this region have lead us to suspend shipping here until we are able to find a solution that satisfies both Creepy Co. and our customers in Mexico. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping depends upon the size & weight of the parcel, and the destination.
Please utilize the cart/checkout features to determine an exact shipping total.
How long will it take to receive my order?
International parcels typically take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive, depending upon their destination relative to us (Chicago, IL). In some cases, it can take longer.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Creepy Co. reserves the right to wait a full 6 weeks before considering an order lost.
If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please contact us. We will either issue a refund, or re-ship your order for you.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Unfortunately, there is no "cut-and-dried" answer to this question.
Customs fees, tariffs, VAT taxes, etc. can and may be levied against international packages.
Creepy Co. has no control over these charges, as they are subject to customs review and practices.
Regretfully, we cannot mark outgoing shipments in a way that will attempt to prevent these charges, as doing so is unlawful.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Apart from size exchanges and defective items, all sales are final, and no refunds are given.

Returns & exchanges
Creepy Co. honors return and exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for fit issues and defective items. Please notify us of these issues within 48 hours of receipt: email@example.com
Items must be in new and unworn/unwashed condition, with original packaging, to be eligible for return and exchange.
Refunds are not available for products after 7 business days.
Generally speaking, sale items, limited editions, and pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to limited stock. Exchange items are not guaranteed in-stock.

How to care for your enamel pins
Damage & loss prevention
Thanks for your interest in our pins! In order to achieve maximum enjoyment from our line of products please take a look at the the following:
Avoid placing pins on bags, backpacks, purses, etc.! They are easily engaged with outside elements, and are many more times likely to break free and be lost forever. The best places for pins are: Lapels, hats, jackets and shirts, or tops. The best place for a pin is the chest area, where it can be easily accounted for.
Remove your pin after each wear. If it is possible, this is always best practice. Get yourself a small cork board to put your pins on: they are ready at a glance and can be easily removed and reattached at the ready. Plus, it makes for a great wall-hanging!
Replace metal clasps with rubber backers. Metal butterfly clasps do not hold as well as their rubber counterparts.
Familiarize yourself with the pin and its clasps *before* committing to wearing them. Be sure that your pin stays in place: jiggle it, jump up and down, bend over, run around a bit. If any of these things cause the pin to become loose--to any degree--don't wear the pin until you can obtain better clasps. Creepy Co. is not responsible for pin loss at any time after purchase.
Invest in locking pin backers. These are available in small quantities in the Creepy Co. shop, or in bulk quantities at Amazon.com and eBay.com. The locking backers are held in place by a spring, and are the best available protection against pin loss. (Please keep in mind that there is *no* 100% foolproof measure against pin loss).
Our line of deluxe, moving pins is an addition we're very proud of! We've spent time making sure that these items are durable enough to pin to your person. We encourage you to wear them proudly, but also to remember the following:
These pins are not toys, and are not suitable for use or wear by children.
The bobble spring, slider post and hinge are delicate mechanisms, and should be treated as such. While the pins have been stress tested and prove to be sturdy, they can still be wrenched free from their anchoring points. We strongly recommend removing pins between uses, so that they do not snag on items.
Creepy Co. cannot be held responsible for pin breakage or loss resulting from use after purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: once you have these backers firmly in place, it is of the utmost importance that you do not touch or otherwise engage the very back end of the backer. This is the release mechanism, and pulling it will disengage the lock. Simply place your backer on, and do not further touch it!
Creepy Co. is not responsible for pin loss due to improper use of locking backers. Please familiarize yourself with the operation of these backers before committing to usage.
Change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We often pick and ship orders as they come in (during business hours), so the turnaround can be super quick!

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to receive visitors at our warehouse, and we do not keep stock at our offices (separate locations!)
Hopefully some future day we will be able to offer pickup to our local Creeps!
