On top of making purchases, you can earn extra coins by buying specific items, following our social media accounts, and more! Racking up those coins means money off orders and sometimes free shipping!
After entering a tier based on spend, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
We have 3 tiers:
- Spooky Silver gives you 10 Creepcoins for every $1 spent
- Ghoulish Gold nets you 12 Creepcoins for every $1 spent
- Petrifying Platinum earns 15 Creepcoins for every $1 spent

You’re automatically signed up as soon as you set up your account for purchasing with us! All customers with an active account have already been enrolled and can begin redeeming Creepcoins.

Yes! Each person you refer will get a very Creepy 15% off their first order over $50 and can start earning their own rewards. Plus you earn Creepcoins valued at $10 to put toward a purchase for each person you refer who places an order over $50!
If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The Creepcoins you used on that order will also be added back into your rewards account.
Creepcoins could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account.
If you feel like you have earned coins but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:
- Try to refresh your browser.
- Try to log out and then back in to your account.
- Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Creepy Co. account to see if the coins were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of Creepcoins earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions made on your account.

All customers earn points on their purchases, but only logged in customers will be able to redeem points, so double check that you’re logged into your account!
Points are attributed to a customer’s email, even if you are checking out as a guest with your same email address - you can create an account to see your balance and make redemptions.
If you have done this in error, contact us with the order number and the email address you are registered under by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to help apply your Creepcoins to your account.
Please note: You won’t receive Creepcoins if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Additionally, any coins you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your coin balance.
We are limited to one discount code per purchase at checkout. Discount rewards redeemed with your CreepCoins can not be applied with other discount codes.
Questions About my Account or Tier
When you are signed into your Creepy Co. account, your account page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be listed there.
Once you have earned Spooky Silver, Ghoulish Gold, or Petrifying Platinum, you’re locked into that tier for one year from the date you earned it.
To redeem your Creepcoins for discounts or other rewards in checkout, use the dropdown options at checkout to choose the amount you would like to apply. If you are eligible for free shipping, this will be automatically applied to your order in the cart before you log out.
