When we offer items on a pre-order basis, we do our level best to provide you with a reliable ship date in the product listing. Due to factors outside our control, however, we are sometimes unable to ship your order to you by that date. More than ever, businesses like ours are experiencing production and/or inbound transport delays. These are as frustrating for us as they undoubtedly are for you. Know that shipping out your Creepy purchases to you in a timely manner is among our highest priorities.
We can’t thank you enough for your understanding and patience when we fall short of this goal. We will send out a tracking link the second the order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse and to keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.
